Join us for our Conservation CampWild Community Campout this June at the breathtaking Heggs Farm, a space dedicated to nature conservation and rewilding, supported by our partners at Vango. Nestled within an enchanting landscape, Heggs Farm offers a secluded setting surrounded by the gentle, ever-changing waters of Arkle Beck and crowned by ancient Scots Pine trees. Accessing the campout space involves crossing the river, infusing the experience with a sense of adventure and exclusivity. Once you arrive, you’ll find yourself in a tranquil retreat where the natural world takes center stage.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in micro-conservation activities such as bracken bashing, de-weeding newly planted trees, and engaging in citizen science projects. You can also enjoy a refreshing wild dip in Arkle Beck, deepening your connection with the natural environment.

In the evening, we’ll come together for fireside chats focused on conservation, nature recovery, and discussions with Vango’s technical wild camping kit experts, who will be available for Q&A sessions.

This is your chance to explore, contribute to meaningful conservation efforts, and experience the magic of camping under a Dark Sky Reserve, where you can fall asleep gazing up at the stars through the swaying pines.
